Hi,
we are helping one of our customer to develop production solution based on NI TSM with test stand interface. we are trying with e.g program given in NI Teststand 2014 and observing below error with BatchSeq file. Error is as below, kindly let us know if we can use e.g programs as is or what is below error.

It looks like the STS Maintenance Software could not properly detect the expected controller model in the System.
Did you change the controller or any hardware in the STS?
There is no direct fix, further diagnosis is required to understand the root cause and fix it. This has to be performed by NI Technical support. Do you have an active HW SSP?

We are not using STS System or Tester, we have PXI system with Digital modules and Power supplies. we are trying to run through TSM { Semiconductor module }

Is this the first time you're running TSM on the PXI system with STS Maintenance software?
Because you're supposed to install STS Maintenance software only on STS and not on a regular PXI system.

We are using TSM for first time, till now we are using only Test stand. Do we need to uninstall STS Maintenance software to run TSM.
Can you please send us the procedure to run TSM example software ??

If you're running on a PXI system, you should not install the STS Software Bundle, STS software bundle is meant to be installed for offline use or on an actual STS.
You've to install the software individually, such as LabVIEW, TestStand, TSM, then device drivers.
