Is there a run time engine for TestStand like the one in LabVIEW?

I've a tool that is a LabVIEW GUI and it calls TestStand sequences and vice versa. Is it possible to run the sequences without completely installing TestStand?

There are two options for runtime deployment of the test stand environment, a basic user and a more fully featured debug user:

TestStand Base Deployment Engine

TestStand Debug Deployment Environment

You can use the deployment utility in your development version of test stand to create a distribution build that will load the required files for use with a deployment license.
