Please can we have a BACK button functionality, similar to Internet Explorer,so you can navigate inter sequence better!!

When dealing with a large number of sequences, and you need to jump back and for from one to the next, an implementation of the BACK functionality as provided by Internet Explorer, would make life a whole lot easier, not to mention more productive.
