.NET Runtime 2.0 Error when starting TestStand operator interface (eval version)

Hello,

during a demonstration of teststand 4.2 (eval version) to a new customer (on the customers PC) we had a problem.

After downloading the eval version and starting the operator interface (full featured, c#) the following error occured:

".NET Runtime 2.0 Error Reporting .......

   .... System.Drawing P5 2.0.0.0 .... Event Typ crl20r3 ..."

The PC is running Windows XP Prof. Version 2002 SP3

SystemInfo: Inter(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU

                   Q8200@ 2.33 GHz

                   2.87 GB RAM

Does someone know what is the reason for this error?

Hello,

I was able to run the C# operator interface in Teststand 4.2 on several machines without any problems.
Have you seen this behavior only on customers PC or is reproducible on other PCs?
I advise you to do the following.
Install the latest Service Pack for the .NET Framework 2.0.
If this doesn’t fix the problem, reinstall Teststand again.

thank you for your reply. Yes I can see this behaviour only on my customers PC, on our development machines all is working well.

The latest ServicePack for the .NET Framework 2.0 is installed, so this can not be the reason for my problem.
