Microsoft Visual Studio integration errors

Hello, I have trouble with Visual Studio integration. Step into operation on .NET actions does nothing and switching versions of Teststand causes two popups with error to appear, the switching is otherwise successful. The errors occur when switching to any version so I guess it is more likely to be caused by VSCode settings, but reinstalling didn't help.

I tried running the command in cmd and it says:
