LIN Bus Monitor does not show frames

Hi,

I am using module NI 9860 with only one LIN1 interface.

After providing Alias, changing the Run Mode to Subordinate. Selecting signals to display and starting the Capture. No frames are observed in the monitor window. After few seconds, Comm state goes to Idle mode. Can someone help me with it?

I do believe you have posted this topic in the wrong forum.

For your problem, if you're connecting to a slave, make sure that your LIN Bus is pulled up. A common mistake while using sniffers/reading modules/etc. is forgetting that the communication lines must be powered on.
