when i install systemlink 19.5 and 19.0 , there is a error that the server is closed early, when maybe install pyrhon 3.7.

Hello,
This issue is ususally because the NI web server 's problem, You can just wait a moment ,maybe tomorrow or serval days,you can keep your computer connectting the internet.
