Elvis III "Inconsistent IP Settings" in MAX

My new Elvis III is still not connecting to measurements live.  It finally started showing up in the "Remote Systems" of MAX, but it does not have a drop-down menu.  It also states "inconsistent IP settings" and needs a password for me to access the Elvis.  

I've attached a screenshot of what I am seeing.

Again, I'm just trying to get measurements live working with this Elvis.
