This zip file contains a PDF document and several Multisim (v11) circuits that demonstrate the creation of a top level schematic macro model and shows how to create a SPICE subckt from this schematic. A diode macro model is shown that was requested by a user on the Multisim forums page. The SPICE Netlist Viewer in Multisim (new in v11) is shown and the needed steps to package the model into the appropriate .subckt construct and details on removing unneeded information are shown. Recommended testing steps are also shown.
