general nonlinear fit 的 model description 該怎麼創建?

在使用general nonlinear fit我想創model description如下圖

但我不知道該怎麼創建這種字串，請問我該怎麼做呢?

Right-click the model description terminal...create constant. Now resize the array and strings and enter the various values.

(I would recommend to use a VI model, it will be much faster)
