ultiboard missing autoroute commands

Hello,

I'm using Ultiboard v11 Education Edition. I notice that several commands for the Autoroute menu are missing. Such as Auto-placement and routing options. I try to delete the user setting files like advise in an other subject but that didn't help.

Please help.
