I am trying to channel the surge voltage to the MOSFET to study its behaviors but it gives me convergence error. Press "A" for charging and discharging of surges. The surge voltage generated is 1.2/50 us. It went well if the MOSFET is not connected (open circuit). A DC source is connected to the GATE pin of the MOSFET to operate in saturation region (act as a switch). How to fix the errors ?
