registration/activation?

I recevied this Multisim 9 when i started my isntrumentation and control engineering tech course at Lambotn College. And i cant seem to register/activate it. On loading it says i have 5 days left, but the website isnt letting my register. waht gives?

I spent the money on the book, and i would really like to be able to use my software. it'd make superposition/thevenin/norton labs look so much better, rather then drawing it up by hand =\.
