I want to tell you, there is an example of Colpitts Oscillator circuit in folder of ready examples for multsim maybe that the prove of possibility for simulation such circuit, and I think the real transistor has semiconductor capacitor that function at high frequency may it can affects on its work, in inverse on simulation software that can considers transistor like standard component
