i have first installed the multisim student version and uninstalled it.now i am unable to re install the program.i tried to resolve the problem by deleting the directory in program files.please help me to resolve the problem

Did you have a previous version? - Do you have any other National Instruments software on your computer? - What operating system are you using? - Do you have an Administrator account on your computer? - Do you get any other errors?

i have installed multisim earlier, not by internet but by using serial number. i dont know why it lasts only for 30 days and now when i am reinstalling it, it doesnt. i think the because of the traces of previous installation. but i am not able to delete it completely. plz help
