Trying to find a thumbwheel (Omron A7D-206-1) to drive the 74LS47

I do not think you will be able to find a model for this. What you posssibly could tio is to use the Dip-Switches and wire them up to simulate the function of this component. I do not know if it work, but this is the only option I can see at the moment.
