have problems 2 with DC Sweep

Hi, friends.

I have problems with DC Sweep while simulating logic elements transition with Multisim 12.

The circuit is the next:

pct_0.JPG

at Simulate / Digital Simulate settings : Ideal

I have for CD4011

  pct_1.JPG

for 7400

pct_2.JPG

Not understandable output voltage range [ 0 V, 1 V ]

Quite acceptable for  “Ideal”  input voltage for transition = VCC / 2

at Simulate / Digital Simulate settings : Real

I have for CD4011

pct_3.JPG

for 7400

pct_4.JPG

Not understandable output voltage range [ 0 V, 1 V ]

Quite acceptable transition input voltage for 4011 transition as CMOS.

Strange curve shape for 7404. But voltage range [ 0.8 V, 1.6 V ] agree with standard TTL transition input voltage.

I have not find resolution in Multisim manuals and in Multisim control.

I hoped that corresponding information contains in IC definitions, but have not found it there:

So, i would be very thankful for any help.

Regards.
