I am using Ultiboard 9 professional 9.1.221 package, I am working on a 4 layer PCB. When I use NC Drill to export drill file, I am only getting Copper Top – Copper Bottom.drl, Copper Top – Copper Inner1.drl and Drill Info.rep files. I am not able to get the drill files of Copper Bottom – Copper Inner2 and Copper Inner1 – Copper Inner2 files. Board manufacturer is not able to make the board without those information. How do I generating these files? Is there other ways getting drill information?
