common mode choke modeling

I need to model a common mode choke which is two coupled inductors.  I have not been able to determine how to couple two inductors in NISim since my parts list does not show any cores except a virtual core called out in the basic_virtual parts list as magnetic_core_virtual.  We need to model a common mode choke and some transformers so I'm wondering if anyone has information on whether I'm not seeing something, or if our company needs to purchase further models from NI.

Thanks, ronquan

ronquan,

If you are running Multisim Pro V11, you can find the INDUCTOR_COUPLING component under the Basic Group, Transformer family. This component allows you to couple an N inductors using coupling coefficient k.
