chnage powerplane

I am using Ultiboard 10. I have finished routing the board and have made Copper top a VCC powerplane, and Copper bottom a GND powerplane.

I now want to change those, GND on Copper Top and VCC on copper Bottom.

How can I do this? I want to keep my signal routes too.

Hi GenoPitt,

To edit which net the power plane should connect to, double-click the power plane and go to the Copper Area tab. Here you can select the Net which it should connect to.

In general, your through hole parts should not have a problem if your power plane is on the top or bottom. They can connect either way. There can be some issues with your SMT parts as you will need to place via's to be able to connect to the power plane on the other side of the board.
