Whoops. I didn't read your post good enough. You already said you didn't have this IC in your database so I am going to go ahead and post the schematic with the ones I have. There are 3 types: 15V, 10V and 5V versions. You may have to change the footprint for these when you go to transfer to Ultiboard.

Sorry, you are correct. the database skips right over it. The only way to simulate the function of your IC 4026 is to use a simular counter from the database and couple that with a seven segemnt decorder. That technique is the only way I know for you to simulate it without going through the trouble of making a new component and that depends on finding a spice model for the the 4026 which doesn't look promising.
Sorry about my mix-up with the numbers, but the technique outlined is still valid and may be your only hope.
