I'm trying the Multisim Student Evaluation (v.11) and I'm getting a bad resistance value. I would think the value should be 1k Ohm. One instrument says it's 12k Ohms, and the other 1.2G Ohms. Is one of my settings off? Thank you for your time.

It is impossible to measure quantity of resistance at the connected power supply.

OK thank you. I was thinking of Thevenin's Equivalent, but I guess that's a theoretical thing just done on paper, or without a power source.
