Why do I get this error "fatal error required NIPathsDir property NIMDFMANIFESTDIR is undefined" when I attempt to reinstall my NI Circuit Design Suite 10.0.1?

I recently uninstalled my software and when I try to reinstall, I get this error: "fatal error required NIPathsDir  property NIMDFMANIFESTDIR is undefined"

Hello,

Some questions for you:

• What's your operating system? 32-bit or 64-bit?
• Are you using a virtual machine (for instance: Windows running on a Mac OS)?
• Did you uninstall Multisim from the Windows Control Panel?
