USe of the passive 1P1S transformer

Problem?

Apparently there is a Multisin Live simulation problem with the passive 1P1S transformer (XFR) in "Step-Down" mode.

This obersration is based on the results from a simulation using a simple series circuit with an AC voltage source (120V rms @ 60 Hz), a 1P1S XFR (10:1), and a resistive load (10k ohms).

The results are: (# = error)

V1 (primary) = 169.4500V peak
#V3 (secondary) - across R1 = 8.4725V peak (should be 16.9450V peak)

I-T1 (primary) = 0.16945 mA peak
I-R1 (secondary) = 1.6945 mA peak

Question?

Any "work-around?

Hello EETPROOF

You only need to measure the Voltage accross R1 to get the voltage that the transformer gives. I just ried it in Multisim 14.0.1 and it works well.
