Trouple with LM13700 VCO

This is based on the EFM 4614 VCO, just left out the triangle wave out put, so it should work.

I'm not getting any oscillation, as I've read elsewhere people been having problems simulating the LM13700, especially in a VCO design.

Would appreciate any input.

The circuit is kind of differnt, but it generated the oscilation signal
