Does NI have a TFT Multisim model or subcircuit?
AIM Spice has it ..but webs feedback says that Multisim is a GUI based easy interface.
Please let me know if you have a TFT model with MULTISIM.
Thank You.

Hello,
Multisim does not have TFTs on its database. I will create a feature request for future development.
If you haven't tried Multisim yet, here you can download an evaluation edition.

Thank You very much for the reply.
I always felt that there should not be a need to evaluate an NI product.
Either the NI aproduct will suite the users requirements to the fullest or it will not.
With out a TFT model my current requirements of SPICE will not be met with Multisim.
Thanks anyways and kindly inform me if a TFT model is put into ..while AIMSPICE has it already and Synopys CAD tools and SILVACO TAD etc are providing at huge prices,NI may do it at affordable versions.(My hope)
Thanks and Regards,
Boby.

It appears that there is an IEEE paper describing a SPICE model for TFT device by Jacunski et al.
http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/xpl/freeabs_all.jsp?arnumber=766877
M. Jacunski, M. Shur, A. Owusu, T. Ytterdal, M. Hack, and B.IEEE Trans., vol. 46, no. 6, pp.1158-1146, Jun. 1999.

You have to be a member of their digital library or there is a fee to access the paper.
