Simulation Error

Hi all,

I have created a circuit using logic gates. But when I switch between the two inputs of the key (double throw) I am receiving an error.

As indicated by the error message, I ran the Convergence Assistant which could not reproduce the error and hence did not solve it.

My circuit is as follows:

I can share a screen recording to show when exactly the error occurs on request.
