I'm new to importing and customizing SPICE models and I would like to have the V2164 at my disposal in multisim. The model I am trying to use is from:

I tried to importing just the signal path for the VCA to start with and I get numerous errors related to these parameters:
"*Unknown component parameter 'Rpar', this parameter will be ignored.
*Unknown component parameter 'Cpar', this parameter will be ignored."
If I copy and paste the full netlist into the model data text box in the component wizard, I get the "mutliple top-level subckt statements" error.
I've attached data for the netlist of interest. Any help in getting a working model into multisim is greatly appreciated!
