Multisim and Ultiboard

Hi, I am new to multisim and when I hook up a simple circuit with a  10V battery, ground, and a resistor and use the multimeter to measure voltage on each side of the resistor, it shows 10V instead of the correct amount. Any suggestions on what I could be doing wrong?

can you please attache the file of the reading, there are many possible reason and we will require to discard some by looking at the file
