Hi guys,
Basically i try to simulate high side MOSFET as a current source to my resistance load. The MOSFET should be able to operate at Vds(max) = 18kV and Id(max) = 12A. As we all know that in MULTISIM, they don't have this kind of MOSFET. Fortunately in real world, i have this type of MOSFET (from BEHLKE model 181-01-C). So guys, how am i going to simulate it? I have the datasheet but i don't know what parameter that should be considered to translate it in simulation.
