I'm a student and i need a IRFP22n60k for my project 

But I've searched on multisim library and i have not located it is there a library for it !?

If not what can i do !?

Берёте любую модель , открываете её, как на скрине-1 из левого столбца вставляете все параметры в правый, обзываете как вам угодно и сохраняете в индивидуальной базе

и вставляете параметры из модели  IRFP22n60k, далее обзываете её, как вам угодно и сохраняете в индивидуальной базе
