How to take out rms voltage from a AC source supplying a load

Using immurement probe I could just measure the RMS voltage/Current. But I need to take out that value and feed it as input to a another circuit block.

Please help me in providing some circuit design to take out RMS voltage. I have tried using some default circuit for "RMS to DC Conversion" using some ICs, but its not working.

Is there anyway that I could take out RMS voltage?

There are several ICs from Analog Devices in the database listed under:

Master Database -> Analog -> SPECIAL_FUNCTION

Also, here is a generic one that I've created you can use (it scales by ~ 10 Vrms : 1Vdc)...
