How do I create a component from an existing file?

I have a file full of digitals gates (AND, NAND, NOT and OR) that has 4 inputs (interactive digital constants) and 3 outputs (LEDs). How can I condense this structure into a square with 4 pins on the left side and 3 pins on the right side that does the same thing?
