Good afternoon
I apologize using Google translator
assembled circuit on the power supply NCP1014, replacing the diodes D1 or D2 on DIODE_RATED with sufficient par, component failure occurs, for example D1 1000V, please tell mewhere the mistake, or maybe there are any features of the application components RATED_VIRTUAL.
Thanks in advance.

please tell me why there is a destruction

Hi,
The rated diode is set to blow up when current exceeds 1mA. You can change break down current, increase resistance or use the non-rated diodes instead

Thanks for the answer

Greetings. Why not simulated circuit ..??
What features of settable parameters DIODES_RATED ..?? Or is it a bug DIODES_RATED model ..?

Hello,
It's a convergence issue. If you attach the schematic we can take a look at it and see if we can resolve your issue.
Kind regards,

Hi Miguel V!
The scheme is so simple that there is nothing to put ... Put a diode from the category RATED, alternator voltage and see for yourself! Try it yourself in your version Multisima repeat this pattern and show the results ....
Best regards, Vlad

Hello,
Read the comment Tien posted above. It will help in the future. In this case, it was a convergence error. Swithing a few options in the interactive simulation settings helps the rated diode simulate properly. Remember though that using for example a simple virtual diode (from the respoctive category) in this case would give you the same results.
Kind regards,

Hi Miguel !
Thank you for your help. Would you describe the interaction of interactive simulation settings applied to this diode. Why put these are the settings? How to be the case when the simulated scheme uses different components - the real, the virtual and the category RATED?
