I am designing an inverting operational amplifier with the specifications listed below
Gain = 1
Triangular wave amplitude = 100 mV
Triangular wave frequency = 2 kHz
The input signal is triangular wave of zero offset
I am designing the inverting operational amplifier and calculating the minimum slew rate so that the input signal can be amplified with no slew rate distortion. Here is what I designed

Based on this pdf file link (https://www.k-state.edu/edl/docs/pubs/technical-resources/Technote7.pdf) on page 19, I calculated the minimum slew rate as shown below
Then I changed the OPAMP_5T_VIRTUAL slew rate to 1256V/sec and simulate it.
Before I simulate to obtain my graph, I made some settings learnt from YouTube, and I attached my settings as shown below

Then I clicked on "Simulate"
The graph below then appears

Here are my questions
Why does my triangular wave amplitude shows the peak voltage about 150mV and not my settings of 100mV?
Could the error lie on the R42 and R43?
Or is my circuit wrong?
Or is it the function generator XFG2 settings?
Or is it the slew rate settings which I changed manually?
Or is it my calculation error in minimum slew rate such as wrong formula?
Or is it the settings of the transient analysis before I simulate it?
Those are all the possible problems I can think of.
Or am I actually on the right track?
Currently using Multisim 11.0 on Windows 10
Device: HP ZBook 15, i7-8850H, 16GB ram
Any help will be appreciated.
