Custom jumper shape ????

Hello everyone,

I recently installed ultiboard 14, works very well but now I'm working on a PCB in a single layer and I want to customize some jumpers. I have attached a picture that better express my words. 

So, it is a possibility that I might create a custom jumper ??? Please.

I found something in the Ultiboard help but I'm not sure if it will provide the level of customization you are looking for.

DonhJoe, thanks for the post but unfortunately does not help me because indications from your image can not change the look of jumper. After several attempts, it appears in Ultiboard can not change the look jumper. I might create a PCB Footprint with two pads and a silkscreen route, but I will be forced to allot net allocation to each pad depending on PCB design. It seems that this is the last option that I have it.

That is true... but the custom footprint idea sounds good!!!

Hi,

it is very simple, copy the footprint from the master database to the user database.

In there, edit and change the appearance as you want the jumper to look like.

then save in the user database without changing the name. 

Ultiboard first looks in the user database when adding parts to a PCB.
