Copy full library (Main to Company)

Hello from Germany!

I want to copy all components of the main-library to our company-library because than can I delete all components we don´t need for our students.

But I can´t copy the MSComp_S and change the name to CPComp_S .

C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\All Users\...\database\MSComp_S.prd

C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\All Users\...\database\CPComp_S.prj

Is there an other fast and easy way to copy the full main-library?

Hi SaschaKr,

It is not possible to copy everything from the Master Database to the Corporate or User database because there are some interactive components which cannot be saved in these databases. You can select Multiple components from the database and copy them to the Corporate or User database. Go to Tools -> Database -> Database Manager. Then you can select the components that you need together by having the control key pressed while you select each of them. Then you can press the copy button below and select where you want to save them.
