Can't clear DRC Errors

Ultiboard v14.0 running on Windows 7

Problem Description :
After updating a component footprint and re-routing associated nets a DRC error
is displayed indicating Net "0” close to net “35”.  Setting all Options,
PCB properties, Clearance Settings well below visible copper spacing does not
clear the DRC errors when DRC is run again.

Is there something else I need to change to clear this type of error?

Problem solved!

My initial search of the forum for this problem didn’t find anything, but with further searching I found a similar post.

The global clearance settings don’t work in this case for some reason, but by using the Nets spreadsheet view and setting the clearance for the specific nets involved to a lower value the DRC error is cleared.
