74LS32N has no ouput assigned?

I wired up a half adder and then coupled them together to get my class some idea of how an adder worked but when I ran the simulation the carry did not work.   It goes into the OR gate of a 74ls32n.   When I checked the pins,  the output has no net number and will not work.   I tried double clicking on the line to see if I could add a number but no joy.

Should I add this chip to the "it hate me" basket?

Hi there,

Please attach your circuit here for troubleshooting. What's your Multisim version (go to Help>>About Multisim)?

multisim 12 and there was no circuit.   I took the gate out,  selected A and opened the pins section to see what was there because I had trouble with other gates.   Sure enough,  there is NO output net listed.   Othere chips are.

Hi,

Here is what I got when wiring an OR gate:

Did you use the IC version, 74LS32N[74LS_IC]? I also tested this component with good results.
