How to operate Voltage Controlled DPDT?

Under the  Basic components group, SWITCH family, the VOLTAGE_CONTROLLED_DPDT seems to operate by applying an energizing voltage to the "+" and "-" terminals. However, I cannot get the switch to route the signal from the common terminal to position 2 (NO). It is stuck in position 1 (NC). Any clues on how to make this component operate properly? BTW, I am using Multisim v 13.0.1.
