x y z oscilloscope display interfacing with pc

Hi everyone,

I'll be very thankful to you if u help me out in my problem.
I have got a thermal imaging sensor. It has 48 linear sensor arrays. The display for the images is developed using an electonic circuitry which generates x y and z axis for the oscilloscope. The z axis is used for the intensity control and is actually the output of the sensors which we have multiplexed using 48x1 mux. The screen is generated through x and y. An image is developed on the oscilloscope when we place something infront of the sensor. Like if we place a hand proper image of the hand is developed. Now i need to interface this circuitry with computer. What i got is a data acquisition card PCI-6070E and and image acquisition card IMAQ 1405. I have to convert this oscilloscope image to an image can be shown through computer. Please tell me how to go about it. Whats the start?

Hi Kashif,

If your oscilloscope has a compatible analog video output that you can send to your PCI 1405 card (which takes NTSC, PAL, RS-170, or CCIR input) you should be able to directly acquire the image to the PC using our Vision Acquisition software.  You can reference the 1405 product specification page to determine compatibility with your scope.

I hope this helps.
