why i m geting fault LAB View- Memeory is full

We have developed an Steering Testing application in LabVIEW 7.1.
It is installed On Site and was running .
But now there is one problem in this application.
In this application we have Sub VI named "Scaled Rotation Array. Vi", which accepts 2D array of 500 values . From each element of array , we subtract one Constant value and forms the result array. This result array is used for Graph

We are gettingFault  as " LAB View- Memeory is full" and " Vi RBS _PTM.Vi" was stopped at node Ox 518 of Sub Vi    " Scaled Rotation Array. Vi"
Can anyone help??

especially that sub VI you mention, so that we can suggest better
