hello, I seek the best adapted card to acquire these signals:

INPUT :

1. a frequency of 0 A 20 Hz (tachometer).

2. a tension of 0 A 30 mV (load cell).

OUTPUT :

1. 2 tension of 9 V (if it is possible since it is the food of the 2 sensor).

2. an outpout to a frequency converter?????,,.
