shoud i use them together to connnect to SCXI system?

if i choose SCXI-1520,SCXI-1540,SCXI-1102 as the signal modules, can i choose PCI-6023 as the DAQ device? and should i use R6868 Ribbon cable and CB-68LP I/O connect block together for connecting the SCXI system and the DAQ device? or do i have other more considerable choice?

Yes the 6023E can control an SCXI System. To connect the DAQ board to the SCXI modules you will need a chassis such as the SCXI 1000. You will want an SCXI 1349 cable adapter and I would recommend a SH6868 shield cable if you are measuring low voltage signals so you will have less noise introduced in the cable. When connecting signals to the modules the best solution is to use the corresponding SCXI terminal blocks that mount directly to the SCXI modules.

does that mean i can use pci-6023e and sh6868 together and it's enough without R6868 Ribbon cable and CB-68LP I/O connect block? (these two parts are recommended by your system while i choice PCI-6023E)

The CB-68LP is a breakout box. If you are using SCXI the cable connects the SCXI chassis to the 6023E and your signals run into the SCXI modules. If you would want to input your signals direct to the 6023E and not use any SCXI, then you would need the CB-68 and a cable. The R6868 and SH6868 serve the same purpose just one is shielded and the other is not.

Hope this helps.
