reading error

I have a NI 6014 board connected to a AMD Athlon XP 2700, 256 mb ram, asus motherboard.
The board return a incorrect reading when i try to read a dc signal from AO pin, in measurement & automation explorer software.   The setting are following:
reading:  channel number 1
               input:  NRSE
               rate   1000 hz
               mode: everything
Out:  DC signal connected to channel 1.  Value:  5 Volts, for example.
Pin 22 (AO0) connected to 33  (AI1)  and Pin 55 (AOGND) connected to pin 32 (AIGND)
Signal characteristics:
The signal acquired shows a typical signoidal oscillation range 4.3 to 4.8 volts.  Moreover there is a hysteresis to get the maximum value, mainly on differential input.
The problem is the same when the signal is acquired by softaware (visual basic program).
I don´t tested in NIDAQ tradictional software.

Do you have any ideia about this problem?

          Tank you.

              input:  NRSE

You also need to connect AISENSE (pin 62) to analog ground.
