We would like to use NI PCI-7831R multifunction card for our application. We need two outputs. At a particular frequency and amplitude from the two outputs simultaneously we would like to vary the 0-360 phase between the with out changing the frequency and amplitude in steps (10 degree). The two outputs should present simultaneously. Hope we request the support from NI can be use this card for our application.

Mohan,
I don't quite understand your question.  If you are doing analog output, you have to specify the outputs, and this can be accomplished using calculations, a sine wave generator,  a lookup table, etc.  With the sine wave generator, you can programmatically change the phase offset at runtime.  If you had a lookup table, you can index into whichever point you choose.
