more than 2 analog outputs with daq

Hi All

I have a 6025 card.It has 2 analog outputs.I want to use it to control 3 devices Any ideas?

Does the 6025 have digital outputs? If so you might be able to setup a simple digital to analog converter.

In the meantime another idea striked .I ll be using RS232 port.

anyone can suggest me a RS232 to voltage converter module.I have found one but it is bit expensive looking for a cheaper solution

Thanks but digital outputs will again require a DAC .I think this is what you are suggesting.

With this method the steps between voltages are going to be large. If you need fine control you might need to buy another daq card. A series of parallel resistors going into a summing op-amp is one idea. If you pick up any decent electronics books it will have DAC.
