Why do we must to register hardware DAQ?

Can you explain your question better? What are you trying to do?

Because in step 2 from Install NI-DAQmx

Install NI-DAQmx driver software before installing new hardware devices so
Windows can detect them.
1. Insert the software media. If the NI-DAQmx installer does not open
automatically, select Start»Run. Enter x:\autorun.exe, where x is
the drive letter. Complete the instructions.
2. Register your NI hardware online at ni.com/register when
prompted.

Why must we do register hardware?

You can register if you need updates when new drivers come out, the card is recalled for some reason etc. You don't have to register the device; there is an option to skip the step.
