generating a sequence using PCI6251

Hello,

I am fairly new to labview and got a problem about digital output. I am using PCI-6251, and want to control the digital output voltage using a defined sequence.i am able to generate sequence of us or ms but my aim to generate a sequence, For example, line0=1,line1=0 for 10s

                                                                                                                       line0=0,line1=1 for 100us

                                                                                                                       line0=1,line1=0 for 20ms
