error 200329 + Urgent

I'm using PCI 6024E daq card. It was working fine for about a year using my own driver for Linux. After a two days holiday, when i tried to do analog input, i noticed that it was not working. So i switched to Windows and tried Test Panel in NI-DAQ. It gave the Error 200329 in analog input section. Then i came to know about the DAQ Diagnostic utility through this forum & tested my card.

It tells all my modules are faulty( an_out, an_in, dio. Error Nos. 200329, 200560,200474...). I have attached the report.

Can any body tell me possible reason(s) for this kind of situation to occur. I'm so sure that i didnt make any mistake.

Hi Asanka,

Does the computer that you tested the PCI-6024E card have the following installed?

• NI-DAQmx 7.5 or later
• LabVIEW 7.1 Run-Time Engine (installed with NI-DAQmx)
• Administrator or Power User privileges

Also, was the card setup in MAX (Measurement and Automation Explorer) before you ran the utility?

Thanks for your reply. Few hours ago, I found the reason for the failiure. Actually, it is not in the card, its in my computer's PCI bus. I plug the card to another computer and found card is working fine. I too can't beleive the error in the PCI as when I plug my sound card to the same slot it is working. Anyhow everything is ok now. Again, thanks a lot!!!
